    Evening!

Had another good day at work, am also booked in for my consultation to start care.
We had exercises at lunchtime, took my pj's in LOOL wasnt for long, about 20 mins but I felt the burn, did lots of stretching and I felt quite a bit more energised..... still tired though LOL
Am really enjoying it though....and cant wait to just know more and be a much more active participant..... all in good time

    im so tired.....
Had my consultation for my treatment today, and so far, on my limited understanding, I am wonky.... I lean toward my left side, and have an unequal weight distribution of 1st!!!!! God, how dreadful, and need some big old readjusting! Just as well its free!

Not much else to report on today, didnt finish till late AGAIN, so thats one of my big priorities, getting them running on time.... and therefore me being home at 6pm each night!

Had another good day at work but the training is a bit... erratic. I mean theyre constantly training me, but it feels like there is no order so Im in tomorrow morning for the cleaning and training, so Im going to highlight that to my Dr, and formulate a structure for it now....but did do really well today, and am pleased with myself.

Really looking forward to the visit out to spain..... hoping i wont have to start as early as I do here though... there was talk of running at 5am..... but b*gger that!

    Evening
Am sat here with half a large bar of aero and really enjoying it!
Was at work again today, and then went out to go and buy the new uniforms which i had responsibility for so that was cool. The Dr's PA gave me a lift into town and was asking me how i was getting on, said i was really enjoying it and just hoped i was getting on alright. And she said, Dr had mentionned to her he was really glad they took me on. So that was cool! Affirmation is always motivating.

Also got my v day gift a bit early as well. DH has bought me a charm bracelet (to go with another one ive got :) ) and had has a gingerbread man (our sign for lost one) and a four leaf clover (for luck and prosperity) so am well chuffed with that.

Meeting up with an old colleague tomorrow for cake and coffee so be spending, but have been really good in the week. And then got lots of housework to get on with and on sunday i need to go shopping for my food for lunches the next week....
