Well OH is being made redundant 10 of them got a letter yesterday they have a meeting tomorrow, but they have said they are offering attractive redundancy packages so we'll see what happens, i'm really mad because he has been there for over 9 years where as the other people who they are getting rid of have been there 2 years max there are loads of people who they are keeping who have had way more time off than my OH, but in the long run it might be a good thing, OH has already applied for 2 other jobs and is gonna go to sign up with some agencies on thursday

OH has his meeting at 2:30 today hopefully they'll offer him some good redundancy pay and something will come up soon, i'm not gonna go onto full time at work i'm just gonna ask if theres any overtime in the days for the moment cause if i go full time its gonna make it hard for OH to find work and fit round LO, at the moment i'm feeling a little anxious but not overly worried, i believe everything happens for a reason

Am well excited but had a stressful evening....

DH and I are having a chinese tonight as this is technically our valentines day....

Nothing to report moneywise, havent really paid it much attention to be honest......

thanks doodledo, he has now finished work but officially finishes today, hes getting 5.5 weeks pay plus a further 8 weeks redundancy notice pay so not to bad and hes applied for 3 other jobs so fingers crossed

I'm gonna get extra hours at work too

Hi everyone!

Back safe and sound and had a really good time. Training was excellent and I feel really on the ball now.
I've also started my (free) treatment at th practice and thats going good too. My x-rays were pretty scary and I would never have known had I not had them so thats cool, its really interesting stuff too.

Next challenge however is passing my theory test. Boss would really like to have me driving by early summer, and since he's paying for the car etc, seems the least I could do! LOL

Got loads to do today as well like stuff round the house and checking out all my accounts. I dont think I've been paid from new job this month so I need to make sure I will be getting my redundancy pay at the end of the month otherwise it could all go pear shaped!
