Interparcel's customer service line is pretty terrible, they are unable to do anything other than give you the same info as the tracking ID gives. The parcel I sent took a week, instead of 48 hours (it was only going 40 miles!)- it went into limbo for 3 days where no one seemed to know where it was. When calling them afterwards, the girl said call complaints and put the phone down on me, accusing me of being rude. I only asked for compensation for a pretty lousy service.
  • I am buyer for large company and there rates are cheaper that going direct to the delivery companies.

I have also got my own ebay business with a turn over in excess of a million and use them only as ther service is second to none but if you want to send small packages use Royal Mail.

If you use thema alot you can get further discounts sent 20 items plus a week they will set up a special rate for you. but if you register on there web site i thinks you can still get additonal 10% discount on the service you select.

I hopes this helps the only reason that I have responded i that i am very happy with ther service an belive me with the amout i have spent on shipping if the service was !!!! every one would Know.

    Best regards

I suspect that if you had the problem that I had, with your volume of business, you would have been even more upset that I was with the way I was treated. Maybe they know you and wouldn't dare.

The message is if you are a small user, when things go wrong, don't expect anything other than platitudes from Interparcel Customer Service. Abysmal.

Hmm, why I am always suspicious of a brand new user who signs in merely to sing the praises of a company that people are having issues with? Certainly puts me off using interparcel as it just feels underhand.

If you're turning over a million on Ebay (I presume pounds, but could be pence or grains of sand) then I'm sure you'd get a better deal than any Interparcel can offer you going direct to several couriers, I know I have and I've not sent that much over the last couple of years.

As for their customer service and problems they do use Yodel and even if they don't always send using them I'd imagine their customer service is tied up in handling all their mistakes.
