Cheap delivery service required help?

Hi,

I sold my 37 inch lcd tv and like to know the cheapest, reliable delivery companies to use to send off the tv?

    i dunno really, theyre delicate things really. you could find yourself with a returned faulty tv if it gets a bumpy ride..if you have the original box then it shouldnt be that bad. for couriers, i normally use www.parcel2go.com but ive never sent anything like a lcd tv!

    you could consider dropping it off for a small fee if its not too far away..

    Not sure I'd send a TV via Royal Mail.

    Couriers are best option, might be worth looking for a private courier with a personal touch. I don't sell TVs so don't know, but have a look round the regular TV sellers on Ebay and see who they use, you'll find out which is best from that (check out their feedback too and you should know for certain!).

    make sure that whoever takes your tv keeps it upright, if they lay it flat its Broken straight away!

    can you not meet the seller half way at the service station?

    on standard courier services the maximum volumetric size is around 30KG (length x height x wideth/4000)

    If your TV comes to more than that its going to cost close to £30 when you factor in insurance.
