Ebay Issue With Seller, who has 2 Identities and have not received The Items.

I still think its unethical. Yes, maybe OP went about it the wrong way, but the way I look at it is I won 2 items from different sellers and paid 2 lots of P+P. I would want those 2 items to come separately.
The seller is silly to do it any other way as she is leaving herself wide open for a chargeback.
Edited to add: Reading OP again it seems she did get discount from seller 2 before the items were sent, in which case I would be happy for the items to come together. Although I still think seller is brave!0 -

If it has been sent Recorded, it will only show up once delivered. It's Special Delivery that shows progress through the postal system.
Personally, if somebody sent me a message with "where on earth is my item", I would not be best pleased either. You may not have had the best seller to start with, but I don't think there is much need to stoop to their level and inflame an already tense situation.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

from your OPThen I won another item, similar product, Boden' picture and exactly the same writing as the other seller. I then noticed that seller 'B' had seller 'A's name in her email address. The coincidence was too great, and they were both from Surrey. So I asked if they were the same. Seller 'B' eventually replied they were business partners, and knocked £1 of the Postage. (from £2.25)
So I paid her too.
confused now!0 -

Did she give you a price and you paid straight away, or did she give you the price and you asked again about it, she wouldn't budge, THEN you paid??, I then paid it and looked forward to receiving it. So please read my post properly. I may not have liked it, but I paid it, very quickly.
It was sent recorded, and I did not receive it. It's only been 5 days 2 of those days are Saturday and Sunday! Had she told me she had posted it and given me tracking number, I would obviously have waited and would not have negged her.So you negged her for not giving you the tracking number?? I have negged her, as this has been my worst ebay experience ever, based on her emails and communication. It was your emails that kicked it all off, so why neg the seller?? Why would I want to buy again from this seller.Well she doesn't want you to buy from her again so you can't![/quote]
You have posted the sellers emails here, but have failed to post yours here, which is not fair in the least, as we cannot see why you are getting so het up about her replies.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
savagevixen wrote: »I think you are missing the point. A simple,
Item sent, tracking no.
would have been good. And it the lack of that, then when I enquired, 'oh my goodness it should have arrived'
I think you should realise that half of her mails are irrelevant. I never said she was aliar, or a con. Ever. I was peeved as I had spent enough on postage to pay a courier, and yet no comms, no nothing, and no parcel.
There were 3 emails that I sent that she did not reply to at all. These were not in anyway rude, but bright and breezy.
Which you failed to mention in the OP.
Sorry but you have contradicted yourself so many times, I fail to see what the seller has done wrong here.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

Thankyou for your thoughts. I have been feeling horrendous about the situation. I did not come here to be treated as though I am a liar.
I have removed my posts.
I was a genuine buyer, who for one reason or another has been having problems with a seller. I wanted advice, as I have paid out over £40 and been advised by the seller that the item should have arrived and to go to my local post office. The tracking didn't work.:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -
I have not read the original post as it has been edited.
But if i knew your ebay username, i would definately put you on my block list - OP0 -
