wow. get onto paypal asap & file a complaint, if thats who you paid through0

With out going down the well trodden postage price debate, she certainly seemed to handle it very badly, her buyer management is appalling. Ultimately you paid by paypal so unless they can prove receipt you'll win any claim.
They do seem pretty confident that it has been sent, so I'd certainly give it some time to turn up. It could of been sent standard parcels or something silly. The tracking number the gave you, is actually valid...what does it say?0 -
.......how some people come up with stupid postage prices is beyond me. greed is probably the only answer. Ebay should have a fair postage policy of some sort, suspending those who demand blatant extortionate postage rates.0

silly to put all the item in 1 package
how would they contest 2 items not recieved disputes with only 1 tracking number even if it showed as delivered?0 -

I was thinking exactly the same
Especially if OP won the claim, then re paid the seller minus the postage charge for the item added to the parcel0 -
Blimey, I'm not suprised she went off on one.
She only sent them on the 11th and today is only the 16th ~ this is Royal Mail we're talking about, have a little patience!
She reduced the postage, she didn't have to, so I don't know why on earth you are complaining about that.
You have negged her and started a dispute (by the way, I didn't think you could open a dispute until 7 days had passed?), so I'm not suprised you are on her blocked bidder list.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
Just a couple of points to play devils advocate.
Haggling P+P after buying is a no no but I think you know that.
I also think you have pulled the trigger on this one too early and it has all got a bit nasty now. OK I like things to arrive in a timely fashion but apart from a friendly email to enquire I don't tink I would have got too upset until the weekend.
Anyway daggers are now drawn and a neg left oh well.0 -
Absolutely shocking behaviour OP. Either confirm how much she'll reduce before you buy or graciously accept what you're given.
And you wonder why it's been sent 2nd class?0 -
I think a lot of people are missing the point. I'd be bloody annoyed if I won an item from 2 different sellers, only to discover that they were one and the same and that my items were coming together.0

OP didn't know they were coming together until she sent them a blunt message to ask where they were.
They had already told the OP that they were business partners, so one might have the job of sorting out the messages and the other posts all the parcels (for example). There's nothing wrong with that at all.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0
