Canon Powershot A520 £125 @ boots [CLOSED]

Thanks to OP for this. I ordered this yesterday morning and thought I'd done really well getting some money off and extra points.

But on reading my confirmation e-mail today it seems I don't have the 3000 bonus points. I rang boots up who said that there was no such offer on! So I said that a 'friend' had got the same offer with the points included. She went off and came back saying if I could send them a copy of my friend's e-mail with the points awarded as proof then I could have the points too!

I wonder if someone who also ordered this and has the confirmation e-mail with the extra points on would be so kind as to forward their e-mail to me. If they can please message me I will send you my e-mail address.

Tracking still showing that the order is being processed ?!

Mmm, me thinks I'll soon be getting the Out of Stock email ! Lol

Linzz, what time did you order? It could be that the points offer was taken off at the same time as you completed the checkout process.

Sorry, I didn't order one myself so don't have an email for you.

I have just rung boots after e-mailing them this morning and with the hard evidence they wanted they are now going to give me the 3000 bonus points!

They wont do nowt said I will return and they say fine, There you go they customer service they are not even botherd.

I work is cs as well and in this sort of situation we give discount either order placed or new order or free gift etc. its luck i didnt have my credit card with me otherwise i was on net at work in the morning so i would defo have had the points.
