JM I think for each person that posts/contributes to this (and the other two MSing threads), there will be another 25 people looking at it, so don't disappear, it's just people find it hard to thank you sometimes but have no problem using the helpful info

Keep up the good work JM! :D :T :T

OK, if you think it will encourage contributions - consider it done!

Contributions by PM, please, clearly labelled with the sort of shop to which you think they apply.

P.S. I've just noticed I haven't done exactly what you suggested - I've done it by shop type, rather than by interaction type. Hope this is just as useful!

Not exactly what I meant (interaction type would be easier to sort) well done for taking the time to do so.

Just occured to me that putting a list of comments used on a particular report might make it easy to trace our mse names to our MS accounts.

Don't worry, Princess - it's equally easy for me to cut and paste from here or from a PM (especially whilst we are still on page 1) and thank you for the PM! :D

Small shop (overview of customer service question from late on in a GAP petrol job)

[person's name] was friendly and attentive. She was polite and ensured I had everything I needed before thanking me and saying goodbye.

    Thanks Tim!

We could do with some quotes for petrol stations! I haven't been lucky enough to get one for a while..........

Change the odd word! I have not quoted verbatim from any report. However, I do think the MS companies are more concerned that the reports we send in are full and accurate than in the words we use for them. (Edited to add) I'm sure they would rather have more relevant/accurate comments (which we'll be able to do by using this facility) than less original comments.

As I said earlier I think that interaction type headings (Opening contact, surrounding cleanliness, closing remarks etc) would be a more logical structure.

Your list may start to contravene Ms "rules" if you add "Petrol jobs," "Coffee shops." etc.

Also their respective lists contain duplicates and are not really specific to that scenario
( The staff were very friendly and polite during my visit today etc).

IMO the list is now becoming more difficult to read.

BTW that is my opinion others may think differently.
