Seems like this might happen- if it does and there are two networks supporting the Iphone then it can only be good for the consumer. However, if Orange get the exclusive contract then it could be even better for O2 users, as they would need to cut their losses on existing stock:). Either way, I hope that Orange do get the Iphone as it would make O2 rethink their strategy as now it is "peddle the Iphone at all costs";).0

How much data do o2 allow you with the iphone ?
30mb ? 500 mb? 3gb ? unlimited?0 -
Orange are currently pushing the HTC Diamond to users who request an iphone
I'm not sure why people want the iphone - seems to be several phones out there that are much better0 -
Its 1GB apparently- however my mate went over this once and he said they didn't charge him, so it's probably around the 5GB mark:).nomoneytoday wrote: »How much data do o2 allow you with the iphone ?

Well it's advertised as unlimited so one would have grounds for complaint if one was charged for excess usage without any warning. The fair use policy really represents a soft limit which will result in warnings or suspension if exceeded, whereas an advertised hard limit would just charge for over usage.
Anyway 'unlimited' is a quite misleading term with these companies.0 -

I hope Orange do pursue this, to have it on two networks is good for both Apple and the consumer.0
