I hope you are feeling calmer today Summer.

I've got mine on Wednesday with a woman. After reading this post, I need to go to the toilet. In fact I might very well try to flush myself down it. Oh God.

Why haven't they got a quivering wreck of a smiley here?

I am sure you will be fine. As you will see from my new thread, I panicked, said a lot of my debts were to help OH and they weren't...so the OR has had to dig deeper, I'm a tw*t. Just wanted to post an honest account just so no-one is as stupid as me and says stuff that was a load of rubbish on the phone to OR, to make themselves not look such a tw*t.....

Th reason i asked is you could appeal. There seems to be quite a few on here that have had their cars taken, appealed and got the ruling changed. I think your OR is being petty. Could you not say DH needs it to take you shopping, hosp, ect and fight your corner stressing it's only worth £400.At the end of the day it's up to you summer.D

Thanks hun. We have had a long talk about it and I spoke to sis, she said the 'sister' in her wanted to help but then she didn't want us starting our new debt free journey owing money and running a car is always expensive, you never know when they are going to break down. We hardly use it at the moment, and we are fine with letting it go. We will cancel the car insurance direct debit, hopefully get the road tax back, but not sure if they will let us do that, and just walk a bit more! It will be one less worry financially anyway.
