Edit - Had OR Interview Thurs at 9am

Hi folks, sorry not been around much. Came down with something for a few days, probably the release of all that built up tension leading up to BR! Anyway, sent all my stuff off by Special Delivery...I know, that cost me a bit but the post round here is so unreliable, didn't want it going missing.

Anyway, went to the Post Office, 2 people serving, I know one of the girls, but luckily the other one served me...paranoia you see, didn't want anyone seeing who I was sending it to. Anyway, of course it all went t&ts up, I didn't put a road on the envelope, she couldn't find the address on the computer, people in the queue all hearing what she was saying, and then she suggested I take everything out, find a road, and then put it into another envelope. So yes, paperwork and cut up credit cards all over the desk. :rotfl:At this point, I was past caring who heard, honestly, I have been through so much, I didn't really care who knew. Anyway, don't know what to expect but I am preparing myself for losing the car, though obviously hope I don't. Going to ask him about the house, will tell him it is on the market, but not sure what role he will play in it all. Not expecting an IPA as I have no income and I hope I don't get a BRO, don't think I will, but as I said, whatever I get, I get. Will have my forms in front of me and a post it note with Do Not Waffle on it. :rolleyes::D

Phone calls have got less, I did send them all a copy of my BO but I am sure not all of them will filter through.

Good luck to anyone on here with their Court dates and/or OR interviews. I will keep you posted. And ShadowDragon, same day as me if I remember rightly?

No wonder you have not had many call it's not often they get BO through the post:rotfl:
Anyway so sorry summer you had to have that happen at the post office. I sent my IPOQ back last week by recorded del and did not realise the postmaster had to type the address,so of course he typed OFFICIAL RECIEVER! I live in a little rural village,but like you i am past caring.

I took mine in by hand and that was embarrassing enough because I had to tell the guy I'd lost the forms that he'd sent to me to sign.:o

Just like the Court date, I am not nervous AT ALL about the phone call. Its weird but its just another step in the right direction for me and OH for our fresh start, and whatever is thrown at me by the OR, I will accept - it really is a small price to pay for peace of mind. We are doing very well with our spreadsheet and daily spending diary, just shows us where our money was going and now we are loathed to spend anything.

I did ring all my creditors up as well to tell them, they were all fine, one bloke said, 'oh yes, here you are on the insolvency website'...oh no, I can be googled now! :eek::rotfl: Haven't bought the local paper since I went BR and shan't be for a little while longer, I have no inclination whatsoever to see myself in lights in there. :D

I just want to tell everyone out there who is on their journey to go BR, I know its hard, I know you will have sleepless nights, I know the forms are daunting, I know you dread the Court experience, but honestly, keep posting on here, everyone is so fab and you will get through it and out the other side. xxx

good luck for tomorow summer, post how it went before 2pm cos thats when I have mine, and tbh im beyond caring what they say/do atm.

Edit : Saved the page with my BC from the local paper, dunno why though.

Its all good this end suprisingly, and yeah, save the ad and tell em not to be foolish with money or else this is what happens!!!! hmmmm do as I say not as I did hehehe
