    So on Pontypridd for example you can park on the pavement as long as you leave enough room for say, a double buggy to get past.

    Wig is correct. I was about to post to say exactly the same thing. This really is all London boroughs ONLY, with the exception of anywhere else in the country where there exists local bylaws which also make it ticket able.

    It was also on the british broadcasting corporations news this morning too so the point doesnt remain the same when Lithuania is not 'Russia'
