    Is it not twisted to associate people selling their own property perfectly leagally to robbing banks and stealing from supermarkets?

    Given that we all pay ebay listing fees, how is it theft when people sell their own stuff off ebay???

    OK, so Ebay have asked you not to - but last time I looked it wasn't passed as an actual Law?

    As were comparing it to real world issues, would you consider this as theft, or at least fee avoidance!!
    ...as you drive into a car park someone offers you their ticket which as plenty of time left...I'm guessing you would tern it down?
