i think the sim on which you called should be 20vmsimn serial one.and it works without top up for 24 hours(EVERY ONE SHOULD USE THESE SIMS IF THEY GOT ON SATDAY).

Forgive me for my ignorance, Muhamid, but can you explain the advantage of using these sims without top up for 24 hours.

Is it to download as much as possible within that time, and as long as at least £2.50 worth of downloads is completed within that time, it's better than using the sim normally, and getting £2.50 credit on registration. After 24 hours will the sim be disabled because it has been used without top up, or can it still be registered and receive the £2.50 for use as normal.

Are the letters '20bmsim' what identifies the sims that work for 24 hours without top up?

sorry for not to explain it properly but if you put 20VMSIMN serial sims in phone.make one trial call with zero credit(will be transfered to c.care).and then if u make second call,it will be connected.
This credit you can use within 24 hours.you can loose if u don't use it.some times it works for 12 hours only.

This is the extra benefit of such sims.then you can get the other benefits like £2.50 credit, free bolt on as other sims,

I have an O2 sim I have been using but have not topped up for over a month there is still £60.00 credit on it, yesterday I sent the text for the calls 50 bolt on. This morning I received the text saying it had been loaded on to my account. I have just called an O2 number and been charged the normal rate for the call, so I cant understand why.

This offer is for new sims(less than 6 months).and as i did you should activate it only on sims with zero credit.
o2 might charge £7.99 for activate this service.b'cuz this free offer starts on 29th october. so you should cancle it now for next month if your sim is more than 6 months old.
If your sim is new then its my advise to cotinue till january(b'cuz its free till jan)
