i had all the sims which had registered and used £2.50. and den i activated calls50.and it worked.not in 1 but in all.

i tried 1 yesterday and it sent me a text message saying the bolt on had been applied but when i tried to make a call it diverted me to the top up line.

I have today tried this on Two O2 online sim cards that had no credit in.Yes it allowed me to apply for 50 x-net bolt ons,it told me i would be charged for them, and to make sure i had 7.99p in my phone to cover the cost.I then got a text saying they were added.I have tried to use them as suggested but it just puts me through to the O2 top up line.I suspect if i did top them up 7.99p would be taken from my credit.(The free bolt on offer has not started yet,and when it does you have to top up by at least £10 to qualify).

Are you sure you are not using up the free £2.50p credit,when you make the alleged free calls,instead of the Bolt on minutes.

when i'm writing you i've sim with 0 credit(no;07756369xxx).and i can call from it.it just says "your balance is low"and it connects me to the called number.same happens with other sims as well.

Yes some of the batches of certain sim numbers allowed you to make calls from them with out any credit in them, but you will get cut off in the end.But its nothing to do with the bolt ons though.

whatever but each sim gave me exactly 50 minuts.as you said 'certain sim nos' but all the sims have different nos(They are not in serial).

when you are saying that you cant make any outgoing calls immediately after activation, its not possible because if you have heard carefully at the time of activation they say ........ will be loaded in 48 hrs. (NOT IMMEDIATELY)

That's strange - O2 sent out SIMs with the numbers 07756 369xxx last month and were delivered on or around 22 September 2005, yet you received yours in the post last Sunday you say.


Unless of course you mean this is an old SIM that you have previously had credit on, but have now used all that credit up, hence the current 0 credit.

intead of discussing and critisizing,why people are not trying to activate it?
there no meaning to discuss how old my sim is.

Pelase do one thing.activate Bolt On on 1 sim,wait for 48 hours.if you do not get ur minuts then reply here.

If you can't try,wait for other's reply.i'm sure that after 48 hours everybody(who's applied) will get free minuts.
