suekjw: "As someone said, the foreign call staff have been poorly trained."
I've had (still have) my fair share of problems with Powergen over the 5yrs I've been with them but my experience of getting through to their call centre in India has been a positive one. I've never had any problem getting through quickly to either their centre here or abroad but I have found their staff overseas to be far more polite and friendly. Admittedly their powers may be somewhat limited but I would never criticise their efforts to help0 -
Catonie.... get in touch with energywatch, if they were sending the bills to the wrong address this was not your fault, its theirs..... I had to get Energywatch involved in my struggle with PG and I have not paid for any electricity for 18 months, they still cannot get it right and I have just applied to switch to Atlantic which came out best in a search I did, signed up on line, just waiting to hear from them. I sopke to PG again this morning re the missing electric bill, I am told it should be with us in 10days, then I will be applying for the cash they are still holdling back. They treid to tell me yesterday that we were not customers for electric!!!!! just gas......they are useless.
