Collection 2000 do one called Illuminating Touch which is sort of equivalent (probably not quite as good but certainly much cheaper).
There are lots of endorsements for this on the "Post your cheap but outstanding cosmetics here" thread, many saying it's actually better than Touche Eclat and doesn't go off as quickly. I started using it myself as a result of this thread (I think it's normally about a fiver but I bought it as part of a 3 items for £10 offer) and it's great - really brightens up my face, and makes me look awake (no mean feat :D). I can't tell you whether it is better than Touche Eclat as while I have a product as good as the C2000 one I'm not going to be paying four times the price just for the heck of it :D

Aldi had some today for £3.49 - 2 colours available, one for peach complexion and one for rose complexion. Consistency not as thick as Touche Eclat but does the same job for much less money.

    today?
    excellent, I'll go and look!

I got the peach one, no idea if I have a peachy or rosey complexion, so I chose peach. Have slapped it on, took a while to get the stuff flowing through the pen, but it's great, thank you so much for this advice, I would never have thought of going there! :T

I got the yellowish looking one as well rather than the pinky one, as it seemed to go better with my skin tone- but I was in 2 minds, as I seem to remember Angel81UK (she's a make-up artist) on another thread saying you should use salmon pink to counteract dark circles.

Any thoughts, anyone, or Angel81UK if you're there?

I've heard that it goes off but mine never has and I've had it ages, I don't use it very often.

I bought it from here http://www.saveonmakeup.co.uk/ They don't seem to have any in stock at the moment although there are some other concealers.

I've ordered several times from them in the past and think the prices are very good.

I usually use touche eclat and buy it from the cheaper websites as i use the no.3 shade, however, boots have just had an advantage card deal thing where you buy 3 premium beauty and get 1000 points. As boots dont do my shade ive decided to give Dior Skinflash a go.

I was looking at the cheaper ones, Biotherm do one for about 13squid and clarins is a bit cheaper too, but then i relised you get less in them than the touch and skinflash and touche eclats do last me about 2-3months so i dont know wether id be saving???

as a fair red head, I found the YSL one didn't suit my colouring but love the dior one. I haven't tried any of the cheaper ones though.

Touche eclat is ok, I dont like the max factor or Avon versions though. Tbh though I prefer a Benefit concealer called Boing
