Just checked my online balance and the £50 has been credited marked as cashback. Have had no letter or anything but a welcome bonus!0

My 12th payment went out on Thursday and has appeared in my Natwest account now - but it has tomorrow's date on it (as I would expect). No £50 yet for me.0

Just checked my statement and all my 12 x £100s have gone through as BACS transfers!
Has anyone had payment with them analysed as this? Won't be happy if this excludes me!0 -
Don't worry about this, mine said 'BACS' also - which simply described the method of transfer - yet it was set up by Natwest themselves (I supplied the form and they wrote to my bank) against my First Direct extrernal bank account. When I switched the 'standing order' over to Halifax (to go via Faster Payments instead) the description then became 'Cashback Promotion' and no mention of 'BACS'. In practice Natwest are just looking at payments into the account - and specifically accounts where one payment of not less than 100.00 was received in 12 consecutive calendar months and no 'Standing Order' already existed in favour of that account (though, there is no way they could construe this from simply looking at payments is there?) Natwest did not provide the means to 'register' for the offer - so (I am told) they are just going through accounts now and payment could be delayed for upto another monthwarringtonmcfc wrote: »Just checked my statement and all my 12 x £100s have gone through as BACS transfers!

Thank you for this - fingers crossed then!0 -
My £50 credit has gone in = I've now got an appt tomorrow to transfer the same standing order to their new 5% deal and hopefully to get a limited edition piggy!
Many thanks to MSE = this should be post of the month retrospectively!0
