liar seller refused full refund as he had received return item.

hi there, i bought a itemfrom the seller, but it is not as described significantly, complete wrong item. dispute and claim were opened and i won this claim. i returned the original item via special delivery the day before yesterday. i am sure he has received the phone, but today i received his message i has not got the phone and refused full refund. obviously he was lieing. he is a genuine liar and real time waster i have ever met, which can be seen from his feedback. it is realy unfortunate to met such a time waster. How should i do? many thanks.

track the special delivery no. on https://www.royalmail.com to see if it has been delivered
also put the tracking no. in to the paypal dispute to confirm that you have returned it0 -
Have you seen it confirmed on the RM site though? There is a difference between thinking you are sure, and knowing for certain.
If it is not showing up, then Paypal wont act until it is.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

We have tried to deliver your item from our STEVENAGE Delivery Office before 12:40 on 10/07/08 and we have left a while you were out card.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

Why were you so sure that the seller had received it back? Is there more to this than just the special delivery tracking number saying it has had an attempted delivery?<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0

item was advertised as a n95 8g like new, but i received a refurbished n95 common version, it is unfortunate to meet such seller.0
