I ordered discs 10 days ago, and was most concerned when I came across this forum via google. I've had no reply to my emals to Ioogame.....when I got home tonight the discs were waiting for me....LOST series 1-4, and they seem to be fine!!!!

I ordered a box set of DVD's on Jan 6th costing £52.99 and I still haven't received them. The money was taken immediately as well !! I have sent emails and had one reply saying they will look into it but to claim a refund from paypal!!

I have no idea how to do this, does anyone out there know how to claim money back from paypal???

My advice would be to avoid buying from this site !!

Avoid this site at your peril.

I ordered the x-file boxset series 1-9 as it was £79.99 (cheaper than anywhere else) and the condition was said to be "brand new/factory sealed".
When it arrived not only was it not sealed, there were scuff marks over the box, and many of the sleeves holding dvds ripped, but also series 1-3 were completely missing.
After emailing them to complain and being told to "take a photo and send it to them so they can investigate", i refused to do this, i was told to return the item. No freepost address was offered so i paid a further £20+ to send it back after being told i would get a full refund.
Now, with no sign of a refund, all of my emails are completly ignored and there is no way of contacting them.
The dvds that did arrive were definately copies too!!

did your son order all of the sopranos series as theres more than 1, some of the series can be found on thehut.com and prices range form £17.93 to £29.93

I came across dvd1234.com via a Google link. This is claiming to be the 'new home' for ioogame.com, and appears to be selling the same stock at the same prices.

Many complaints at complaintsboard.com

To be avoided.

I just registered on dvds1234 that used to be IOO game.com and when iv looked at my account details, each time iv been given other peoples name, address, telephone number and email.

I havnt ordered anything and as far as i can tell theres no way of deleting your account!
