has anyone used ioogame.com??

Hey there,

I was wondering if anyone has ever used www.ioogame.com to buy DVDs? I found it accidentally while having a wishful browse through Amazon - there was a sponsored link. It seems to offer DVDs really cheaply with no postage costs but they're manufactured in other countries and "may have foreign writing" on the boxes and DVDs, though would apparently be in English... It seems too good to be true, so my paranoia has me worrying... Has anyone used them? And were the DVDs okay?

Had a look around on internet and seems that no one has complained of not recieving anything, a few received not as described. But the DVDs are illegal copies so could get stopped at customs so that's a risk. I might do a small order and see. Then again with the offers that Tesco's and ASDA keep putting on on DVDs it's probably not much more expensive to pick them up from there. E.G. ASDA are doing loads of tv boxsets for £12 at the moment

I recently ordered a box set online from ioogame, they said when I paid that they would be delivered by 7days, which has now gone and no order received. ive sent 5 emails, there is no number to call, Im not sure what to do now and theyve taken my money!

Please help!

i also ordered a box set from these and when i recevied it they were copies and half of them didnt work
i have mailed them many time on all available e-mail addresses but nothing?
im thinking of getting trading standards involed would this help?

something has to be done about this site

Hi all. I bought a boxed set from Ioogame. They sent the wrong one so my daughter sent it back to them (cost her £17 even though they say to send it Freepost). They have not replied to all of my 10+ emails. They owe me £48.99 + the postage price. Don't use them would be my advice.

Hi folks, if I were you I would avoid these barstewards. They just ripped my eldest son off for the princely sum of £30 plus. He sent for the Sopranos series as well and never got them. He e-mailed and waited as asked for payment to clear through paypal but by the time he came home from Uni every other weekend - the 45 day time scale was passed. He kept at them though and they said easy enough to sort - just ask for money back via paypal - he did this but then the account holder cancelled the request. Putting it simply, thes guys are rip off merchants dealing in pirated copies of DVDs and yes - customs have been notified and hopefully will be able to do something about closing them off.

One angry !!!!!!.

I too would avoid Ioogame at all costs. They ripped me off 30 pounds. My DVDs (all 26 of them) arrived in plastic wallets and half of the didn't work, the other half that did work were in a foreign language. I have started a group on Facebook "IOOGAME IS A RIP-OFF". Please join and get it heard that this website should be struck off.

Hi I found this site through an advert on Amazon and ordered the complete box set of CSI Miami 1-6 for £51.99. With hindsight I should have realised things that seem too good to be true usually are....
I've still now received the goods several weeks on despite my payment clearing immediately. Emails to the company go unanswered and there doesn't appear to be any other way of contacting them.
Fortunately I paid via paypal so am in the process of attempting to claim my money back through them but I definitely would advise anyone thinking about buying from this company to look elsewhere.

hi i bought in early dec charmed boxset as everyone price to good 50 never arrived sent email got reply saying sorry would check it out but claim by paypal, had somthing similar last year got the first order second never turned up got partial refund and then whole refund most of these companys start up and close in months i never learn
