I wore jeans for the first time in weeks yesterday, it felt weird! I used to be a jeans person, too. Saying that I only got into wearing dresses and skirts last year, nice to treat myself to one from topshop every now and then!0 -
Yes, I went on a tight/skirt buying frenzy during the holidays. I think it was because I always felt so self-conscious in skirts. And that if you wear a skirt, you have to have nice shoes to go with it. I do love wearing pretty dresses though.0
-
I never knew tights cost so much though! I good black pair costs me £5. But they do last me ages compaired to the bulk boxes you can get.
I was the same with skirts and dresses, I hardly used to wear them so when I did I felt massively over dressed and constantly worried my skirt was going to blow up.0 -

I'm a jeans and nice top / hoodie girl most of the time because its quicker and less risky while im at lectures and trudging through the nasty mornings and the weather but when i go out, i do love a little dress and sometimes I wear skirts and tights and dresses but im mostly concerned with being warm and comfy!
You and Frank seem to do so much cute stuff together like that picnic you said and going away for valentines! Me and the boy never seem to do anything like that which is a bit sad but we're going to the cinema this week and i dont think weve been just us 2 for over a year!! And this semester we are going to try and do more special stuff its just when it comes to it, we have uni work to do or are too tiredI live in hope though.
I didnt realise you were doing the scratch card!I thought you had to be 18! lol its awesome isnt it? I havent withdrawn from TAB yeat but im on like £9.70 so it should be soon hopefully! Do you do a st m1niver too? because they give you £1 free on fridays!
Hows the savings account? got any money in it yet or managed to set up a monthly/weekly transfer or what are you gonna do with it?
you should join bnngoport you know because they dont make you prove youre 18 (and you might not even have to be I cant remember!) just lemme know if you want to join and maybe I could refer you
Ill check in later,
Tinks x0 -
I'm on TAB under my mums details! I'll PM you once i've turned 18 so you can refer me to the bingoport.
Just got back from sherwood forest (free to get in, thought you had to pay!) the picnic was yummy and haven't spent any money today, even managed to get the TAB scratchie, dooyoo and globaltestmarket surveys done as Frank is having a shower.
We never really do much cute stuff together, just mainly walks and taking packed lunches because we're broke/on a budget. Not going away for Valentines anymore, couldn't find a single hotel cheaply so I'm going to cook him a meal then we're going to go to Mam Tor later on to try and figure out some constellations. Last sunday we spent the afternoon reading and listening to the radio, This time last year I'd never of thought it would be nicer to do free things than spending lots of money going out over the weekend. Have fun at the cinema with your boy!0 -
Oh! and as for the savings account, it's open and everything just waiting for the log in details to come through the post! Trying to spend as little as possible till then so i can whack a big chunk of monies in next weekend. Hoping for about £200!0
