I was on AOL silver paying £14.99 per month. I then switched to Tiscali on the basis of price. 2 weeks later I demanded a MAC as they had totally failed to provide service and I had run up a bill of £30 speaking to their useless technical assistance people.

To cut a long story short, I'm now back with AOL on their wireless flexi package. Free wireless router, £4.99 for 3 months then £9.99. So far so good.

If you call AOL they will most certainly reduce the price if you say that you are off. In my experience changing ISP is never an easy thing. Tiscali made it much, much, much harder.

bUT IF YOU ARE PAYING £9.99 a month BB and then £10.50 a month line rental PLUS your call costs on top, that's well over £20 a month. Why not find a provider who will give you line rental calls and broadband for less? Avoiding tiscali of course!!!
