    Opened an account in June and have had no real problems at all.

    Apologies if I'm stating the obvious but, for those with problems with their memorable word, are you remembering that it is case sensitive? E.g. the first letter of your mother's maiden name would be capitalised.

    Yes you are right.
    K-E are forcing the initial letter to be a capital even though you may have set up the entire memorable word as lower case. Note also that the letter says 7 to 12 chars for the new password but the system demands 8 to 12 chars. Silly inexcusable mistakes by K-E.

    Yes, the same memorable word over and over again in lower case, eventually the system recognizes it. Their system is seriously flawed - Hopefully their accounting will fair better...

    See earlier posts on this page - the first letter of your memorable word should be capitalised, regardless of how you first entered it.

    I've haven't had problems with logging in, but I can't make transfers out for a date in the future - is anyone able to do this without errors?
