    If you are redeeming the online vouchers can you order stuff for pickup at your local store and avoid having to pay delivery costs?

    No, because you cannot pay for the goods online and pick up instore. You would have to pay in the store

    At our store they are letting you buy £100 of vouchers and giving the £10 gift voucher - hth someone - pm me for store - midlands.
    Happy Wife and Mother :-) DD is 7 bump is due in July and DH is 40.

    Remember though, if you purchase online you will receive a promotional discount code rather than a voucher which can ONLY be redeemed online, as I tried to explain to a rather irate customer today!

    I have always got them through the post and the T & C's say voucher through the post too.
    If you're going to stalk me, while you're at it can you cut the grass, feed the dog & make sure I've got bread & milk in :D

    I think the t&c stated that people ordering over the phone will get a giftcard in the post. Online orders will get a code via email instead.

    I wish they would post the giftcards to me now but can confirm that I have just had two codes emailed to me for a couple of orders I made a few days ago.

    but do they allow you to get another £10 gift card when you hand in the £100 worth of vouchers? I doubt it
