Mad Monday - Master Bedroom & Landing
Level 3
Sort 10 things from your wardrobe (or someone elses) that you can get rid of... and a pair of shoes only counts as one thing! likewise socks!
Extra tasks list, as usual choose one or more

1. 34 fling boogie time, go on grab a bag and clear that clutter
2. Clean all the upstairs door frames
3. Clean windows in these rooms

Terrible Tuesday- Kitchen of Klutter and Dining room of Disaster
Fill a binbag for charity shop
wash and deflea pet bedding and any pets that need doing
Level Three
Sweep and mop the floor
clean out fridge, sort out what needs using first
Extras

1. HHI
2. Sort out a kitchen cupboard
3. Deweb the downstairs of the house!!
4. Scrub down the woodwork.. skirtings, door frames etc

Twinkling Wednesday- Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Level 3
Wipe light switches, sockets (make sure they are not switched on!!) and banister
Extra Mission: Pick one or more of the following tasks –

1. Paperwork clearance.. spend 15 minutes minimum sorting through those piles of paper.. or box it up to sort through later!!
2. Clean windows & any other glass like mirrors, pictures etc
3. Binbag dance.. Get a binbag.. fill it and bin it!!!
4. HHI.. get that mountain gone!

I'm getting there! Kind of...

bit of an update - am going to do the kitchen later and the bathrooms on Friday so that all the downstairs is clear and tidy.

Level 1
Remove and wash bed linen and duvet covers. - Friday
Level 2
Vacuum & turn mattress before replacing with fresh linen.- Friday.
Air the duvet - Friday
Level 3

Clear a hotspot.. or spend 15 minutes clearing one. – youngest son’s drawer

Level One
Clean floors in these rooms
Level Two
Clean baths, toilets, don't forget the outside! and sinks
[STRIKE]Clear any clutter from desk [/STRIKE]
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
Level Three
Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains etc
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment your pc while doing this.
Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required
Clear a mega hotspot!.. shred it.. and fling it.. or just burn it!
Extra mission: Take your pick!

1. Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
2. clean the radiators in these rooms
3. Fling all those empty bottles and tubes

Twinkling Wednesday- Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Level 1

Level 2
[STRIKE]Dusting, even if around everything [/STRIKE]– done
[STRIKE]Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe [/STRIKE]–done
[STRIKE]Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets [/STRIKE]- done
Level 3
[STRIKE]Wipe light switches, sockets (make sure they are not switched on!!) and banister[/STRIKE] done
[STRIKE]Wipe the bits on the stairs that need wiping.. skirting or just the exposed edges of the stairs.. mine look like fluff piles! [/STRIKE]- done
[STRIKE]Tidy shoes, coats and bags [/STRIKE].. Are there any that need rehoming/washing/polishing? -done
[STRIKE]Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself [/STRIKE]-done

You ready for a gooden? 2 days ago I applied for a loan to pay off my overdraft & clear some of my credit card debt, I asked for £4000 over 5 years and was refused. Today a letter turns up, dated 1st July, saying their increasing my overdraft to £4000 as of 21st :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I think I'm going to have to dig out the branch persons number and tell them, no but a loan for £4000 would be appreciated! :rolleyes:

Also a letter from the Halifax over my new credit card - "can't do the balance transfer you requested as there isn't enough credit available on your card" :rolleyes: I knew that. In my experience companies contact you and say "there's not enough credit on your card BUT we can transfer X amount" so thats me contacting them...once the card turns up :rolleyes:

Right, next job now the dishes & post are done....

Dusty That will teach me not to read the posts too quick :rotfl: In my defence I did have lo on my lap pulling at the keyboard!
GnB Thanks but I am trying to make everything from scratch (not use packets). This was prompted by me making pizza (dough and all) on Monday and hubby saying it was beautiful. Only problem is now he says "see you can cook maybe you should do it more often" (info Hubby does ALL of the cooking in the house).
Glad your lo is OK. Will she need to go in again?
Pigpen :T Thanks for the kick, only problem is lo has gone down for his nap so I can't make to much noise. Will try to at least sort out the paperwork.

BIL present just arrived. He collects model cars so we got him Back to the Future Delorean. All I need to do now is wrap it (oh and buy the wrapping paper :doh: )

My list looks a little better now, i forgot i did the kitchen yesterday not the bathroom! Have just emptied the DW, done the dishes and S&S'd the kitchen. Given monkey some more painkillers and she is playing in her room with her 2 new dinosaurs(presents for being so brave;) ) Think an early night is in order for her. She doesnt know when to slow down! You wouldnt believe she had spinal surgery less than 24hrs ago:eek:

I make everything from scratch too, the only 'readymade' thing i buy is that fajita seasoning really. It is just spices i assume so you can probably recreate it.
She goes in for surgery every 6 months, she has severe scoliosis(amongst other things) and has a growth rod in her spine which needs lengthened every 6 months as she grows.

G&B DD does sound like a very brave little girl. Well think I am going to have a little rest before I go out in the rain to get DS. and hope DD doesn't go to asleep as she won't sleep tonight. May let her have a little seleep. Will see how it goes.

Going to try and do other bits and pieces after DS is home, for now I want to enjoy the peace
