Just a quick one, will post list soon.

    Need help,

Firstly, how do you stop a 21 month old, head butting :wall: everything when he gets angry? (Actually it is when I tell him no! :naughty: then he gets frustrated and runs around head butting walls, floors etc)

Secondly, how do you make the coating from scratch for chicken drumsticks? (I know you need breadcrumbs but how do you add the flavour iykwim)

    Thanks in advance.

Morning everyone, DD been to speech this morning and done really well but she is still quite far behind but she'll get there.

Tooth fairy been last night for DD so she was very pleased this morning and is saving it for her holidays, also her finger is swollen up today and the nail is pure white so i think it will fall off soon.

Our house was in the paper this morning for planning so hopefully no one will have any problems with it. Fingers crossed.

Michelle hope your mouth is better this morning.

    Shell big hugs.

Pigpen have emailed seller and hopefully they will reply soon.

Cannot remember for the life of me what else has said, hopefully my brain will kick in yet this week.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Electra - I have no idea how you stop it but think it is quite common

Re chicken - I don't know but I do make homemade nugets as follows:

Cut up chunks of chicken - I prefer to use breast
    coat in flour
    coat in egg
coat in a mix of 1pck of crushed up cheese and onion chrisps and 2 sliced of bread wizzed in the mixer.
    cook

It is very common... just ignore him.. he will not do himself an injury. the forehead is the thickest bone in a toddlers body for a very good reason!! He mayc have bruises but won't actually hurt himself. Just walk away.. keep an eye on him from the other side of the room or from another room but just let him get on with it. DD1 used to hold her breath until she passed out!!! my sister used to smash her head on the concrete floor.. neither has suffered long term damage!

roll chicken in egg to make the crumbs stick. I use a bit of salt a bit of pepper and some breadcrumbs.. and just roll chicken in crumbs and chuck in the oven.

Dusty thanks for the recipe never thought of adding cheese! Glad to see you are still flying btw ;)

Pigpen He's done the concrete (result - gushing blood:eek: ) currently he is sporting a bruise to the top of the forehead that is growing like pinocchio's nose :o . I have tried walking away but I worry that he is going to hurt himself. Need to be stronger!

Ref the chicken I am trying to create 'southern fried' (hubby's favourite!). Sorry I should have said in original post.:o
