It might help with the marketing if someone expalined paragraphs to the estate agent.

    I read that as

Bronwylfa Hall is believed to date back to the late 18th century....[can't read dense text]...twin Pensotti boilers.

On reflection that's quite rude. The Pensotti twins are beautiful, not boilers at all.

    Are you sure?

A quick google on Google Images for pensotti twins delivers this gruesome twosome.

Each to their own, I suppose.

    :)

  • Do I need to report this abusive, offensive, racist thread to the moderators, surely even whales deserve some support, oh Wales, that's alright then.

Can I just ask why you all seem to hate Wales? Now me hating it I can understand - I live here, lol.

But why not a house of that price in Wales - there are one or two in this area at prices in excess of a mil (or at least there were last year, lol) and we do have rather nice views here! Little else, but nice views!:o

  • I went to Wales once, can't remember why, there didn't seem to be much going on just a lot of grass and sheep! I seem to remember thinking perhaps it was shut for the day? Still the views were lovely. Theres lovely then.

It's worse than that - it's shut for the duration! And the only thing that is worse is when it opens in the summer months for the b***** tourists! lol:rotfl:

I mostly prefer the sheep to the other locals though!

I wouldn't buy it not even for half the asking price simply because the green carpet in the snooker room clashes with the green felt on the snooker table and I don't like the red wallpaper :p (amongst other things)
  • Strange how they, the Welsh, always start talking in their local lingo when they have an Englishman in their midst. Happened to me in Carmarthen and Anglesey.
