http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/north_east/7492215.stmThe mansion of a jailed millionaire "thug" has had its price tag cut to under £1m in a bid to sell it.
Builder John Gizzi, from St Asaph in Denbighshire, is serving five-and-a-half years for grievous bodily harm.
A judge ruled he must pay £2.6m under a confiscation order or face an extra eight years in jail.
Gizzi's Bronwylfa Hall country home was earlier reduced in price from £1.75m to £1.3m, but now estate agents have further cut the price tag to £900,000.

Don't like it. Sitting room too big for cosy nights in front of the telly. Plus it's too far from work.0

Bit over priced for Wales isn't it?I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0

Yes, I wouldn't pay that much for Wales.

From the brochure: "The property is in Tax Band G with an annual charge of £2201.01 for the year"
Hardly seems fair does it. Only £2k/year council tax
