What is an "egg card"

I would have thought that someone with their own web site would know enough about computers to do a search for "Egg Card" in Google.
I notice that having your signature removed had not deterred you from telling us once again what it is................................I have put my clock back....... Kcolc ym0 -
I thought this was a friendly place where one could ask questions?
I removed the link but kept the domain address. I thought soneone said that *links* was not allowed. Isn't there a difference? This is not a link - this is a link0 -
It is a friendly place but there are certain rules and one of them is no links in signatures nor is leaving the domain name acceptable.
If you have any further questions regarding MSE as a website the best place to place a question is This Site
(and that is a link)

Hi CK
Have you checked out the "Egg Card" via Google
and if you have what did you think of it?...............................I have put my clock back....... Kcolc ym0 -
I thought that "egg card" was a description for a certain type of card and not the brand "egg card", that's why I asked.
I did check out the egg card but I didn't understand what was so good about itThis is not a link - this is a link0 -
This is a friendly forum where questions are welcome
I, myself actually thought the OP's question was a good one as there maybe less computer savvy people here (that are not too sure how to search effectively) who are also wondering what an "Egg Card" is.
As for the sig, unfortunately rules are rules and most of these rules are here to protect users aswell as MSE

Thank you Niteflyer. I did read that one could not post links but not that it wasn't allowed in the sig. One of the best ways to advertise ones website is to do so in the sig of your forum posts. But apparantly this is getting harder and harder since more and more forums disallow this.
