hi tony it is me i was worried that someone may read my personal thread and know it was me i wouldnt like that so i had to faff and go and sign up all over again lol ! weigh in tomorrow evening... btw i dont look overweight just would feel much happier getting to a size 12 im loose in my 14's but not loose enough... i have to attend my study day on infection control im the link nurse for it yipee hehe where will you go with daughter tomorrow ?? xx

hi amy, no worries lol!!! I'm the same, I'm trying to get back into some decent shape! I've done all sorts of stuff over the years, boxing, martial arts running etc and for the first time I've let myself slip! Similar to you, I dont look overweight but its how you feel isnt it? I love my clothes - its my vice in life! - and dont like stuff that I've got being a bit tight lol

I'm trying to study for my professional exams too - only been on them for 7 years lol - good luck with yours! Not seen my daughter today as she is not feeling well so feeling low about that! I've had to fight so much to see my kids and would have to happen on the day I'm due to see her!

Enough of me moaning lol, how have you been?

Hey Tony i lost a pound, hehe so im happy sorry daughter was ill dont worry im sure when you see her you can make up for the lost time this week... what professional exams are you doing ?/ the study day was good i was extra good since it was weigh day so i didnt have much of the free food grrrrrrr xxx

Hi all,

I must apologise for nipping in and out of this forum, I have been a tad busy and combined with a health problem have been finding it all a bit much and overwhelming - now that we may have found out what's exactly wrong with me I am starting to feel so much better and have the energy now to finally get past 6.30pm before falling into bed!.
