If complaining directly seems like a waste of time, then perhaps the RPSGB could be asked to investigate, citing a breach of their code of ethics ?:

I was wrong to think buying online would save me time and effort this time. :mad: I ordered various items from Chemist Direct on 29th November without any success and I have finally given up chasing them. They asked ages of children three times to which I responded - (Last one 3rd December). Even after this they did not deliver. The only credit I will give them is that they cancelled my order ok!:rotfl:

I had great trouble with a private Prescription for Levitra and eventually after cancelling I received back my prescription after 8 weeks!! However since then I have been un-endated with e-mails from other firms/individuals offering sexual medicines. I have no doubt that my details have been passed on by Chemist-Direct. There is no other explanation for these e-mails. I am very unhappy about this.

I ordered on Tuesday - on Friday now notification when order would be dispatched.

Called - rude and uninterested person on end of phone.

Cancelled order - won't re-order from them again.

Are chemistonline.co.uk the same company? Website layout is practically the same with the same free delivery on orders over £40 along the top of the site. One "5 star" review on reviewcentre.com which was only posted last week.

I was about to place a sizeable order with chemistdirect.co.uk today but after reading all the bad reviews I've decided to keep my debit card in my wallet for the time being until I find a decent online chemist.

Well in the end I gave Chemist Direct the benefit of the doubt and ordered some stuff on Tues 19th Jan. Hadn't arrived by Tues 26th so I phoned them up asking where my order was, they said they will get the warehouse to process it! Didn't arrive until Sat 30th! So much for same day despatch!

Chemist Online aren't much quicker either. Still had to wait a week for them too.
