Sorry for the duplication, I was just beaten to it. I really must learn to type faster. There will be a dvd to pick up at newsagents EVERY DAY until Monday, July 30. "We will then print details in the paper of how you can claim your final six remaining episodes to complete youe 26-volume collection".

  • Today's DAILY MAIL announces that the newspaper will now give away all 26 episodes instead of the previously announced 14. :j

The 4 bonus episodes will also be available but only to those who collect the tokens and send them into the newspaper with a cheque for £10.99 which will get you all 26 episodes plus the extra 4 episodes. This makes the box set complete and is exactly the same version available to buy online or in the shops at £70-£100.

The extension to 26 episodes was actually mentioned earlier in the thread.

Regards your details - that is not what is in my Daily Mail

The P&P for the "full set" is £9.99 and you have to send in 18 tokens (the original 14 disc set was £6.99 and 8 tokens)

Not sure what you mean by "The 4 bonus episodes will also be available" and "which will get you all 26 episodes plus the extra 4 episodes"

There are NO bonus episodes extra to the complete set of 26 discs mentioned in my paper.
The discs available from WHSmith ONLY amount to 20 of the 26 on offer.
To get the extra 6 discs you have to send away for them and they ONLY come as part of the FULL 26 disc set for £9.99

Also seems Mail On Sunday is giving away Prince new album today - surprised not mentioned here before :D:D:D

What a rip off Mail offer is - its great to get the 20 discs so churlish to complain I guess - but leaving only way to get last 6 is same option as buying whole set - hmmmmm

The Guilfest lineup does look good this year!

It is funny nobody mentioned that Prince album. :D

Looks like the News of the World are trying to run a spoiler campaign - not sure of the details but they have a picture of "Purple Rain" on the cover and "Prince Album Giveaway" banner - didn't buy it as it didn't feel like there was a CD in the paper (could be a voucher redemption if you can find the right newsagent open on a Sunday) and I've already got "Purple Rain" anyway...
Wins so far this year: It's been a quiet year so far :)

Just a friendly reminder to everyone to pre-order your MAIL ON SUNDAY this week or else get down to your local newsagents quick in order to purchase your paper and the free PRINCE CD inside.

In my area this week, I've been told that people are planning to purchase 20 or 30 copies of the newspaper first thing on Sunday morning so they can sell the CD on e-bay for profit.
I think there may be a lot of ebayers with unsold stock then. Just been round to my local supermarket and it looks like the mail have sent out a stack of extra copies, most of which are still there. There was a whole shelf of them, far more than they usually have.

Did you actually see a cd inside the Mail or can someone confirm there was one?

I ask because there was a news item last night saying that this was a scam and the cd offer was actually a competition to win one, not to get an actual cd with the paper.

That could be the reason plenty are left. ;)
