The Guardian this coming Saturday (28/03) will have a CD of Winnie The Pooh read by Alan Bennett (presumably it's the BBC audiobook, or an abridged version of same).

This is the same Bonus DVD you'll get if you send off for the set in the Mail's Presentation Case @ £10.49 - "as a special bonus, we will send you a Bonus Disc - The True Glory, an Academy Award winning documentary account of the allied invasion of Europe during World War II compiled from the footage shot by nearly 1400 cameramen".
After almost giving up on this, I have finally just received my one of these today!Portmanteau words are ludicrass.0 -
After almost giving up on this, I have finally just received my one of these today!
Likewise, I received 'The True Glory' today.
However, I am still awaiting, 'THE CAPTIVE HEART' & 'AGAINST THE WIND' mailed in 14/02/09, 'BUDDY HOLLY' DVD & CD mailed in 14/02/09, 'LADY CHATTERLEY' mailed in 05/02/09 AND emailed 03/03/09 to be told it was 'out of stock'!
Anyone had any better success?
I suspect they wait for all orders to arrive before they actually manufacture the discs and mail out.0 -

For the first time ever...Queen: Ten great hits from the sensational rock band in next week's Mail on Sunday
The Mail on Sunday brings you another exclusive musical world first. Inside your copy on April 26 you’ll find an amazing free CD by Queen – one of the greatest-ever supergroups.

Free children's audio books with this weekend's Mirror on Saturday and Sunday.
No further details at present I'm afraid, but after a few slow months, the freebies are making a return it seems.
