If you are going to Inverness, then there are car boot sales in the Coop at Telford Street, on Sunday morning, and at Eden court parking lot is a huge one. That is all day on Sunday. There is always one going on. Check the Inverness Courier online for the classifieds and they are usually listed.Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can't get more time0

Hi all
Does anyone know of any farm shops in West Central Scotland. I read loads of threads where people go to farm shops and markets, etc and all I seem to know about are expensive farmers markets. I've yet to find an actual farm shop. Mugdock Country Park allegedly has one but it's mince.
Hopefully someone will direct me.

I don't want any of those fancy farm shops were everything is nice and clean - I want farms that sell fruit & veg with the muck still on! :rotfl: Preferably near Bathgate.
Thanks!0 -

Whole Shebag deliver organic fruit and veg the veg still has the muck on it. you could try Growing Wild too but again they only deliver I think and I don't know if their produce is mucky.
Mrs Hamiltons is open on Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays but thepreoduce is mostly meat though there is a selection of veggies and fruits etc etc It's located at Cairns Farm up the back of Kirknewton on the A70.
Damhead is well stocked but it is futher afield near the Ikea over the other side of Edinburgh.
There are a few farmsteads around Blackburn etc where there are signs up for potatos eggs and rasps
