Littlewoods closing

Littlewoods highstreet stores are closing down.
There was lots of clothing at half price today,at the White Rose Center Leeds.
I dont know if its just the Leeds stores or Nationwide.
I understand that the doors will finally close about January,and be replaced by a Primark store.

Some of them are being replaced by Primark but the entire chain of stores has been sold - this is just a normal sale tthough and some shops don't shut completely till well after January

Croydon Littlewoods is going to be Primark to! I cant wait, I love Primark!

Is there any way to find out where they are going to open new Primarks? Mrs comic is desperate, we have to travel about an hour to get to our closest one!

I hate primark (sorry) but round here they are just like huge jumble sales with people just pushing and shoving and clothes and shoes everywhere all over the floor and no one picking them up, queues half a mile long at the till and hardly any staff to speak of and those you do find aren't very helpful. Maybe its just the ones near me, with any luck the ones near other people are much better. The clothes seem good value I have a few jumpers from there but like I said we won't go in our local ones coz you take your life in your own hands grappling with the jumblers lol.

That's exactly what i was thinking - great value clothes, but half of them have shoe prints on them...... :rotfl:
