back from GP, he did spend quite a while with me, but has given me diazapain to take if I need it over the next 2 weeks to help with the side effects.
I have bought them home, but really not sure this is the way I want to go, wont they make me be like a zombie? I have 2 kids to look after and a hubby who will be working away from sunday for a few days, will I be able to cope
Hi Susie, the tablets should not make you feel like a zombie but calm the panicky feeling down,we are not allowed to give medical advise but if i was you i would take a tablet about an hour before bedtime to help me sleep. As you say you have two kids to look after which would be much harder if you did not have enough sleep.0 -

Neighbour just called, while I was crying, how embarassing, but she was really great, shes a nurse and aslo suffered herself, just shows you never know people, it was nice to be able to talk to someone.Always on the hunt for a bargain0

I think I've finally decided to do Undergraduate Religious Studies with the OU. I have a firm background in it from GCSE and A level and I find it really interesting.

hi everyone,
How are you all?
Ive been so busy this past few days/weeks, i havent been around much ..... Im still looking for somewhere to live .... i have given notice and am supposed to be out by the 20th although the LL hasnt even acknowledged the email. Ive seen some complete dumps and some overpriced dumps ... a few nicer ones but with one thing and another I havent been able to secure any of them which is very frustrating.
My jobs ok I guess but I am looking for something else in the near future as my generous nature is getting me taken advantage of in this job - there's so many hours and not enough people so other staff demand and throw wobblers if things arent exactly as they think things should be and get away with it .... Im just not like that so am getting the rubbish days/hours/jobs.
Katie - how did Kylie go?
LM - wow RS, that is very demanding but so absorbing and interesting ...

Morning, I had a good nice sleep without taking any meds, and am meant to take the ad's in the morning to help reduce side effects, but now wondering if I can get through without them.
I know they worked for em in the past, but the initial start of them is horrible, and I am not sure I feel bad enough today.
Well I surpose time will tell.
I am now thinking maybe I have got upset thinking that I was getting depressed which made it worse and I'm not really depressed, just making myself depressed by worrying that I might be.
Does that make sense.
Not sure that committing myself to 6 months of drugs for a small blip is worth it. If of course its just a small blip.Always on the hunt for a bargain0 -

LM - thst's great. I am studying with the OU at the moment and can't praise them enough. I am doing science courses which means I get to go on residential schools as well as tutorials through the year. Everyone I have met, students and staff are really friendly and helpful. The only bit of advice (which hopefully you will never need) is that if you begin to find that the depression etc is affecting your studying, let someone know, as you will get a bit more support and encouragement just when you need it most.
