I'm managing the odd day with out SH'ing, even managed 3 days last week.

I'm not really posting too much at the moment, I'm so up and down, which is strange, as I'm on mood stabalisers!

And Diamond - I've been sobbing at every episode! I really wanted OB to come back and settle down with Tom, or take him with him.

Morning everyone how are you all today??

Sorry i wasn't around yesterday and saturday had lots to do! went to my OH's saturday afternoon and we went shopping yesterday

morning all, hope everyone is ok.
busy day for me, got guitar lesson at half nine this morn, then seeing my support worker for couple hours probably go shopping, cpn appointment at 2.30 and straight after that depression support group where we have a reflexologist coming in to give us a treatment, which should be fun.
hope to get back on here later on this evening to catch up.

FG, I sobbed so much, nothing on tv has ever got to me like that. I so wanted OB to stay too but wasnt Tom so cute by wanting to look after Steph. I needed that cry as I have let things build up.

I still havent managed to book my flights, arrgghhh, Its so expensive.
I am under so much stress and pressure.
Havent even done the diet I was given by dietican. I should really.
Anyways better go and do my bits.

Jeeze D, not surprised you're under stress & pressure, would it not be better to pack and hold off for the last minute now, since flights are so expensive? I'm presuming you aren't stuck to definiate dates to travel?

Hope you're day goes well Shaz, it's a busy one for you again. How did the guitar lesson go?
