You've had a lot going on recently and maybe the added stress has made your symptoms worse. Hopefully you'll feel better soon.

Hi Shazza,

I'm a bit stressed just now. Which doesn't help me sleep! I always have good intensions of a early night, just doesn't happen as often as I'd like.

I have lots to do before I go, and I have to go away for a few days next week too.... wish I hadn't.
