I'm fine thanks. Just got lots to do so I'm stressed... nothing unusual there! But under time pressure which makes me worse.
Now, you have me worried... what's wrong?

Hi D
Well done on getting a lot done today. Good to hear you're feeling alright.
I don't know you very well, but you don't strike me as smiliar to Bianca.... mind you I don't watch eastenders either! I'm not very qualified to comment!!I don't know button moon either, omg ... I'm hopeless tonight!
Try to stay awake a bit longer, forget the rest of the housework and relax a bit, hopefully that way you'll sleep well tonight.
Take care D

Thanx Alba, i dont have any more energy to do anything. So am going to leave it till tomorrow now. Even though i feel good, I have so much stuff going on in my head but am just blocking it all out for now as it gets to much for me. Im suppose to going abroad next week to visit my mum and brother but havent even checked out flights or anything. Honestly there are so many things ive got to do but just cant be bothered at the moment which is why all these things have built up coz Ive been to lazy in the past to deal with them and sort them out.I will get round each of them one by one eventually lol.x0

Thanks D. Yes, the more stressed I get the less I can do anything! I'm the same, I totally can't concentrate on anything either, and my memory gets worse. Hopefully things will get better soon.

Hi this is my first visit, but I think I need to face up to whats going on in my head and seek some help. I presume it's depression as I am either very angry or crying in bed.
I'm going to make a Dr's appointment this week and hopefully get some medication, but (I know it sound stupid) I am worried about weight gain. Can I be prescribed something to conteract? Or is weight gain a myth?

hi,
I'm on Citalapram and I havent gained weight ... in fact if anything ive lost as Ive been much more active through feeling better. You can always mention this to your Dr though and discuss different options/medications available.
Depression tends to turn every little worry into a HUGE thing (or it did for me) so you are possibly worrying way too much about it - definitely go as the improvements are worth it 10 fold.

I know this is a bit late but congrats Katie hun. I'm so proud of you. *hugs*
Welcome to all the newcomers.
I apologise for not being around. I haven't been feeling good at all. I'm going out of my tiny little mind. My hallucinations are really bad at the moment and they are terrifying me. I can't describe them to anyone as I clam up and get panicky. I was thinking of maybe drawing a picture, in storyboard form, of them but I'm not sure if that would make me feel worse either.
I feel like I'm trapped inside my own mind.
