Are you still in contact with your GP or CPN? Are they aware that you are feeling low again?

How is your sleep? Are you sticking to a good bedtime routine and getting exercise?

No.

No. I've been away for a few days, which always messes up my sleeping pattern.

Hi everyone!!

I've just got back from Oxford im pooped! someone needed something going down there asap so i went at 2:30 and got back at 8pm tonight i could do with a nap lol.

Hope your all ok.

It was mediocre (gosh I haven't used that word in ages).

It was neither mind blowing, nor panicky bad. It was just mediocre. Now the only thing I have to deal with is all the crap memories tonight.
