humphreyharte... yes you are alone in your thoughts on my posting. The race card is dealt too easily and quickly these days. Microstar. good post, well put. There are a lot of folk who still do not understand what is going on. Many have not a clue. A lot is due to the government being soft on the chavs of this country( WHITE) I won't be picked up on this... not wanting to work so the Polish take those jobs and then move in to other jobs etc etc. WAKE UP YOU LOT AT THE BACK!!!!!!!

I don't think it's quite as simple as that.

In some areas of work, average pay has actually gone down since the huge influx from E Europe. Jobs where lots of English isn't needed are typical, and they tend not to be the highest paid jobs. For example, nannying, cleaning, etc.

We have a nanny. When we first started looking at hiring someone, the quoted rate was £9 an hour. It is now, from the same agency, £8 an hour, 3 years later. So the wages have dropped, in both real and nominal terms.

It's great for the chattering classes - people who employ nannies / cleaners / builders / labourers / gardeners. Not so great if you were in those jobs and your pay's dropped.

The trouble with some of the E European nannies is that they aren't necessarily really into it. A lot have not worked with children before, but were engineers, or something else altogether. But their English isn't good enough to do that here. I'd not necessarily pick someone like that to look after my son.

My experience in the criminal courts isn't that all Defendants are white. You do notice different types of offences may have more of one group or another committing it. The only Polish / Lithuanian etc Defendants I came across were all charged with no insurance / no MOT / no driving licence / no TV licence / no tax paid. But not violence or drugs.

So the streets are littered with illegal cars driving about. Only a problem when they hit you or me uninsured etc. Other crimes are being commited around here by them. A speight of arson recently.. To name 1.
Note. steer clear of the PL and LT numberplated cars, but don't forget they are also buying UK cars so it's a lottery in this area. You hardly hear an English accent in Tesco at night here so may be a good idea not to park in the car park. Oh and the nightclub in the next town where they have taken over etc etc...... the list goes on.

Anti social ness applies to all 'races' and cultures, and it would be unfair to single one particular race/culture out for being "more" anti social then another.

BO Drinker, your post suggested ALL ethnic groups in UK were anti social, where i am sure you meant to suggest, that only a section of the ethnic groups in your particular area were causing problems. I am pretty sure you cant class every ethnic group in your area as being antisocial!

The world is run by middle class whites with perfect lives, families and jobs. Those that find themselves not in that kind of situation are scum, is that right?

OMG once I was proud of the county I live in, now I am just plain discussed by those bigots who dare to breath the same air as me.

I do hope that those who have made judgemental comments never find yourself in a position of needing social housing.


To the OP all new estates need to have a % of social housing now so I cant really see there is much getting away from it.
