Have tried several times but my order has'nt gone through!! the customer services are no help so just given up now!

My Debit card is fine and the only thing I can think of is that I have previously bought two phones from them although returned one not sure if there is some sort of limit on ordering pay as you go phones.

i have been advised to try phoning the credit department - but there is nothing wrong with my cards or my credit or my address..... I have email them in disgust - even though i know they are now out of stock even though the offer is still up on the site

What i find hilarious is that there is noone at the credit department so it goes to voicemail and then tells you that the person doesn't subscribe to voicemail - its a PHONE COMPANY for heavens sake

I've just managed to order one with no problem using a credit card, although so far haven't received a confirmation of order e-mail.

Regarding the unlocking thing, found this thread:

Don't know if it will work, although they seem to think it will.

  • They can't take a direct debit as they don't have your account details only credit card number.

  • Re the £10/month:
I've now spoken to 4 people. 2 say that online PAYG is a ddebit system and you will be charged £10 top up per month automatically by dd.
The other 2 said definitely no monthly charge on PAYG

The 4th person is currently emailing their accounts dept to clarify, and said he'll phone me back, and email me the response too if I wish. (I will ask him for this).

All seems pointless now though as it looks like there aren't any available according to gt1966 - post number 49? - ordered at something past 1 this am, but has had an email to say there's none available. If they really are refurbs, the stock would be limited.
Did they get back to you?
    All credit cards paid off.

I think you need the cable connection to be able to unlock the V220
