  • Have just got back from M & S and managed to get a chicken for 9.89 though the shelf had been well and truely trashed even by ten this morning, I also got the roast veg as these are yum and the chardonnay. I was really pleased though as this time the desserts included the cheese board pack which includes cheddar, brie and a blue cheese that i cant remember at the moment, and as I needed to buy cheese today anyway it has saved even more money.

I think im the only one on here who doesnt like the hot chocolate fudge pudding thing.

I ended up buying 2 deals again this time, the chickens at over £9 were too good to miss, even the cashier took a double take when he told me the total to pay.

Spent £20 saved just over £22

    Thank you M&S

Just back from M&S in the centre of Aberdeen. OMG - it was like Christmas in there! Is is me or does M&S attract a higher proportion of old folk than other shops? Could barely get down the aisles with them dithering and trying to steer their trolleys - lol!

I got a whole chicken (£8.64), roast potatoes (£1.99), pain au chocolat pudding (£3.49) & a bottle of lightly sparkling rose wine (£5.49) which saved me £9.61!

They seemed to have most items in stock except the chicken gratin, the pea & bean medley & the lemon souflee. They also have more wines to choose from than the selection listed on the M&S website.
Council Tax £1,928.85, Fines £90.00, Old Car Tax £267.00, Gas £337.25, Electric £54.42
    Car Tax Fine £80.00, B/card Visa £470.85, RBS M/C £759.69, M&S M/C £790.00, B/card M/C £2,592.01, House Ins/Title Deeds £1,573.54, Laptop Finance £578.45, Old Car Ins £85.73, Total debt £9,607.79

Got mine today - I had a medium chicken £7.18 - it was the biggest left.
Actually bought 2 of the deals as the puddings tempted me soooo much.

    Mmmmmm
