Don't they offer free bags for life at the checkout if you're buying the 2 for £10 meal deal? Reading M&S does - just got one at lunch-time.

I bought 2 meals at £20 but no offer of free bag; i have to ask for a small bag to seperate the raw chicken with the rest of food.

Sometimes they have an offer which gives you a Bag for Life. Mostly you have to pay if you forget to bring your own. I have seen people shouting and swearing at the check out people when they realise they have to pay for a bag. M&S spent a year advertising that they were going to start charging and gave Bags for Life away for months and months. The money collected from the sale of the bags goes to charity.

Personally I think it is a great idea. How difficult is it to have a couple of bags in the car beside you.....

Staggered that people have left their shopping or start to kick off over a bag. What on earth are they like to be married to!!

Does anyone know how long this offer is on for? Only just seen it on this thread! The last one we had was lovely, and would have easily fed more than 2 of us - although there wasn't any sticky toffee pudding left after me and DH got our hands on it!

I bought two meal deals and the lady agreed to give me two bags for life (as one meal deal was for me, the other for my mother) and I got I.D'd for the wine!! I'm 25 in three weeks!

Its wierd how the chicken is advertised with the cider sauce because in my local M&S the cook chicken that was on had a cheesy breadcrumb topping, mushrooms and I'm not sure what else in there.

The M&S two dine for £10 offer will be running every fortnight until Christmas:beer:.

In the week between selected food will be half price (as it was last week).

So the dine for £10 offer will be on:

9 - 12 October
23 - 26 October

6 - 9 November
20 - 23 November

11 - 14 December
