    shaun
WAS DEBT FREE & STILL BAAARRRRRKING
hello my name is shaun,,,and im not so addicted to farmville, still addicted to football:o:o

    BAAAARRRRRRRRRRKING er insanely so :o
  • A list  Well it is my last day alone in the office :D but I left the Jaffa cake bars at home
I've already done the shopping for tonight (I'm either feeding 3, 4 or 6 :p ) and there's a new veg stall in town and that has made my day :D
And I've signed up for a MS on Friday lunchtime. A nice easy bank one for £10, and on my other site one of my referrals has finally done an assignment so I'll get £1.50 :D
The washing is on the line, the shopping trolley is still in the garden (bluddy teenagers:mad: ) and I have a washing mountain of sheets still to do.

    So today I must:
    1. Make a list done
    2. make shepherds pie when I get home.
    3. send a list of items to the potential off-ebay buyer (should have been done yesterday :o )
    4. Strip & re-make DS1's bed - or perhaps strip & put clean bedding into room for him to re-make......;)
    5. update chore wars (I've been doing the work, but not scoring  )
    6. work out what food to leave DS2 while I'm away........if any - see supermarket trolley in garden :exclamati
    7. Pay 2 credit cards. -1 is the usual pay off completely every month one, the other is about to have an extra payment :D (All other cc's have a DD for the minimum on them until their 0% is about to expire :money: )
    8. See if I can now cap my fuel, having switched in March and not capped
    9. Send Pa a rubbish B'day card which I found reduced - it's what we do in our family :o
So plenty there.......it only remains to be seen if any of it is done (apart from #1)
  • I keep forgetting about chore wars..and well done on er...making the list!:D

I like sending really bad cards..the cheapest i have done one for is nothing as i found it! And FIL thought it was a great card..so i am now on the hunt for another card of the same ilk for MIL aka wicked witch of the North east..preferably something hexed..:rotfl:

Bob, my family and I (well actually mostly me :o ) like the dog-eared, elderly, with dated photographs and inappropriately slushy verses sort of card.
Dogs pining after their masters, women in cardigans gazing in awe at great big train engines, and still life paintings
The more yellowed with age the better.
And one year I got one with the price in pre-decimal :rotfl: Fortunately they didn't cellophane them in those days. You have to ask independant retailers if you can rummage in their drawers of old card stock :D

My present in-laws take cards VERY seriously, so I couldn't do it to them.

 hmm or maybe I could :D

Tell him Well Done from me :D (that'll be cheaper for me)

Well that's yesterdays, and a fair bit to carry forward :o
But the washing machine is on again, the kitchen is tidy and I've got leftovers for lunch, so a good start
  • Ah, a rummage in retailers drawers....now there's a title for a 'B' rate movie if ever i heard one!:rotfl: :rotfl:

    I haven't updated chore wars either:o

Day 75, this time next week I won't be here, I'll be on my way :D:D

    So today I have:
    • struggled with the return of my colleagues, and their petty bickering
    • eyed some of the swag and tried to work out how to justify any of it being given to me  "I did answer the phones while you were away slogging?"
    • stripped the temporary lodgers bed - I resisted doing that before he left, and I was polite enough not to be too cheerful at his departure ;) the bedding is now in the machine.
    • signed up for another survey site, and this one will earn me air-miles :D
    • Speaking of air-miles, Popeye has earned enough air miles to buy our flights at Christmas :money: (he has had a lot of internal flights)
    • Tonight I have to go out and handover keys to someone, but when I return I have the house to myself :D:D:D
    • And I'm about to update my signature as some more MS money has come through.
