Yup me too. Ridiculous!! What is the point of booking them for a thursday only for them to turn up on wednesday! Like I can sit around all day taking messages. Got the day off for them except now they cant come till the end of August. Bunch of clowns. If it wasnt so cheap I would cancel.lollaopalooza wrote: »I booked a service 2 weeks ago for my boiler. Have they done this to anyone else?

My service was booked for yesterday but they didn't turn up. They rang me on my mobile at 3.15 the day before (it was a withheld number) I couldn't take the call but they didn't leave me a message so I had no inkling my service had been cancelled. Their customer service manager was extremely rude saying have your money back or rebook. There was no hint of a sincere apology. I'm really cross with them.0

It saddens me to hear that people have had problems with this offer, as I had my boiler serviced last week and the process was quick and painless. I'm happy with the service from NPower on this occasion.0

Another last minute cancellation here.
The appointment was for today, and they call this morning at 8.30 to say the engineer is not available and that the next appointment they can give me is in 5 weeks time.
Their reputation is something they are clearly not in any hurry to change.
I'm another one who had to take time off work to be at home for this appointment. Can anyone tell me if I am entitled to be compensated by them for this?0 -
...........Anyone?0

Just had NPower trying to reschedule me for the 3rd time. Tried to speak to the person who had left a message 10 minutes before, she had gone home. Asked to speak to a manager - hey presto said person who had gone home came on line to play role of 'manager'.
After some discussion have been rescheduled with a different engineer same day. Do they think they are the only people who work? Do I trust them to turn up? Would you?0
