First of all sorry if this is is the wrong place-feel free to move it.
I have a nice new wallpapered hallway, hubby put piture frame against wall while he sorted out hanging it- two weeks later picture was up but, varnish from frane has left a mark on wallpaper. I know my fault for having cream and wallpaper but walls not up to painting. Help

You have to buy sugar soap but before you do try a solution of vinegar and hot water to clean it."This site is addictive!"

washing powder dissolved in luke warm water is excelent for cleaning gloss and other paintwork0

cif cleaner the chalky stuff is okay for getting marks off.Also the new flash eraser pads are good ,I think Asda have their own cheaper versions of both these.bye hoo0

Don't forget to try a microfibre cloth especially if used in conjunction with some of the above ideas. I saw a pack of 3 in 'home bargains' for £1 yesterday. I think they are brilliant and use them for cleaning my whole house.0
