  • I won't comment on whether some posts are genuine or not, who knows? But all I can say is that in my own opinion, based on my own experience with Autoquake is that they were very rude, unhelpful whilst wasting my time and money.
After waiting 3 hours I was presented with a car with a noisy engine, that was wet inside, an electric window that wouldn't shut properly, warning lights on the dashboard, no handbooks or spare key and I wasn't allowed to test drive it!
I was basically told that I was making a fuss about nothing and told to pay the money and get in the car or get back on the train. I was not the only customer there that day that was unhappy.
In terms of their prices, again my experience was that two weeks later after a bit of looking, I bought the same car at a dealer with slightly lower mileage for the same price. The young lad I dealt with was still wet behind the ears but he had a smile on his face and took the time to show me the car properly.
I ended up with a better car for the same money.
