They don't retain it. They just make an administration charge to refund it to you.

No offence, but get a grip. They DO retain it. Admin is no excuse. never, until justified.

It perplexes me that people defend these thiefs. I apologise for the americanism, but period.

Using law to defend the gits is pointless, and contrary to your posts, we aint never gonna get a precedent. Because we will always get the 'factual' nonsense... if the facts were availiable and true...they wouldn't be getting away with it IMO.

Never should an OP be mis-informed on this this matter ever again. (and yes, my suggestions were unfounded..unintentionally)

Eh, one minute you ask me for help on one of the leading cases on penalties and the next you write this drivel.

Sorry, won't help. I know I am right. Go ahead and prove me wrong - I don't care. But I won't be subjected to this gibberish.

It was almost a couple of days, and I was unsure why you hadn't responded...I was frustrated TBH. So, gibberish aside, and an apology for going 'overboard', what is your take on it?.... the Dunlop case?. You seemed quick to jump when I went OTT, but not when I asked a perfectly good question..... I would really love your views on the case. Of course, you may not have logged in, so would be grateful of a response now.

It's fair to say we'll never agree on what I view as a simple matter, and likely just as simple on your side of the fence, but Easyjet don't refund it for reasons mentioned earlier...IMO! :rotfl:

In any case, I'm sure no-one will mind my thinking they should cough up thier immorally kept APD (IMO yawn!)

In fact, I asked many a good question on this thread, for some reason they seem to have gone unanswered?, arguable, but this one remains my most neediest:

Anyone, What is the difference between a Catalogue companies admin fee and an airlines?? The catalogue fees are reclaimed so easily as they are bang in the wrong.

Oh, and it wasn't drivel ...buddy.

Those questions never did get an answer...because I was right. Having re-read this thread, Tozer and DMG lurvin' aside.

I wouldn't normally go against DMG in particular, but she is bang in the wrong.

In Court Ryanair would need to prove their admin fees were covering their costs, which would never happen.

    Wake up.

What rubbish. Anyone who can read would realise that you don't like the correct advice but stick with your usual nonsense.

Clearly the last 7 months have not been good for you as you make even less sense than before. And that wasn't very much.

I would be delighted to know how your brilliant case is going....

My 'brilliant case' was over when I posted it, if you had cared to pay attention.

    You should look up nonsense.

Is that the best you can do? Generic banter?

I've asked before (yawn) and I'll ask again...what is the difference between a catalogues admin fee and an airlines (not easyjet, a bad airline).

Do bear in mind that a catalogues fee is so poor they pay up before litigation.

Forgetting penalties, just what the heck are you basing your argument on? Mr cheapshot.
